  • Introductory Meeting: We begin with an in-depth phone or Zoom meeting to discuss your wedding day and photography needs. This allows us to get to know each other and create a proposal that is custom tailored to you as a couple and what your wedding day entails.

    Wedding Proposal: Based on our introductory meeting, we create a detailed proposal outlining your wedding package and any additional services you’ve selected. This is where you can view our contract and secure your wedding date with us!

    Add-on Sessions: If your proposal included any add-on sessions such as engagement, bridal portrait, or boudoir sessions, you may schedule them at any time leading up to your wedding date. Turn around times for these sessions vary between 14 and 21 days so please keep this in mind when scheduling.

    Wedding Timeline Assistance: As we get close to your wedding day, we will set-up a planning meeting so that we can iron out the details and help you with your timeline for the day. Everything discussed during this meeting will be sent to your via email so that you may share it with your other wedding vendors.

    Wedding Day: The day we’ve all been waiting for is here: wedding day! Our team will arrive to your venue 30-minutes ahead of schedule to set-up and familiarize ourselves with the space. We will keep in contact with the planner, bride, and groom for the duration of the day and love that we get to be alongside you guys to capture the special moments but also celebrate with you!

    Gallery Delivery: You will receive your full final wedding gallery within 45 business days from the event. Although we put an estimated amount with each package, we do not put a limit on the number of images you will receive in your final gallery. We believe that if the image is good and up to company standards, it should be included in your gallery! You will receive a link to an online gallery that you can share with friends and family for 30 days from the time you receive it. We recommend downloading all of the images to a USB or external hard drive. You also will have access to our print shop where you can order high-quality prints to be delivered to your home.

  • We love to travel and are available for destination weddings. Travel fees will apply and are dependent on distance, length of stay and the cost of travel and accommodations. If you are planning a destination wedding, please contact us to set-up a meeting so that we can give you an accurate quote.
