Destination Session | Want to travel outside of the Richmond area for your session? We're up for it if you are! Travel can be added to your session for an additional fee.
Popular destinations include but are not limited to: Washington DC, Shenandoah National Park, and The Outer Banks.

What should we wear for our session? Each engagement session allows for 2 outfit changes. Chose a location without a changing area? No worries! We have a portable changing tent that we'll bring with us. We recommend one casual look and one more formal look so that your final gallery has plenty of variety. Color schemes should complement each other, not necessarily match perfectly. Try to stay away from prints as they can look "busy" in photos.
How long will our engagement session last? Sessions last up to 90-minutes and include commute time between locations if multiple have been chosen.
What should we bring with us to our session? Bring anything that is of importance to the two of you as a couple! The engagement ring, special jewelry, your furry companion(s), etc.
Where should we have our engagement photos taken? We have a list of location recommendations but are always open to our couple's ideas! We love shooting at places that hold meaning to you, whether that be the venue where you'll be getting married or where you had your first date.
When should we schedule our engagement session? Our turnaround time for full galleries is 14 days from the time of your session. Keep this in mind if you're planning on using images for your Save the Dates. We operate on a first come, first serve basis with Spring and Fall being our busiest time of the year. We recommend securing your session as soon as you can to ensure your date and season of choice!
